HAAK Winery Howl-o-wine Several of us from Husky Haven (Antonio, Angie and Saber; Alan, Cecilia, Seamus, Rusty and Teddy; Jodi, Mike, Dakota, Aspen and Jack; Kim, Carl, Echo, Aurora and Marci) attended the Howl-o-wine event at HAAK Winery Sunday October 24, 2004 to benefit ACT and a couple of rescues. It was primarily a social event for both humans and fur-kids; of course, they loved bobbing for hotdogs the most! There were a couple of costume contests for the fur-kids but we just missed one as we were arriving and we were too comfortable drinking the wine that we didn't get them dressed for the second one...I'm sure the fur-kids didn't mind at all missing it! The Siberian huskies made a great impression and treated everyone to sibe talk and play!
